HARDBANDING
Drill Pipe hardbanding is an effective way to reduce the OD wear on the tool joints.
INTERNAL PLASTIC COATING (IPC)
IPC provides a barrier against today’s highly corrosive drilling fluids. IPC can be added to any size drill pipe that our customers need.
MAKE AND BREAK
When using new drill pipe for the first time it is important to take care not to damage the threads. Therefore, we offer controlled break-in procedures to save our customers the hassle of working with new pipe. This eliminates the field variables and operational rush that cause rig crews to take short cuts or cancel the break-in procedure altogether. By using factory break-in procedures of the drill pipe we ensure that the proper procedures are followed every time.
MACHINING
We have the ability to bore the ID of any size pipe to provide larger clearance which enables special tooling to run in the ID.
